By accessing or using the Prae mobile application, platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Prae LLC ("Prae," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Services.

Prae provides a mobile platform that enables restaurant guests to scan QR codes, browse digital menus, place orders, and make payments. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our Services.

3. Payments and Transaction Terms

All payments made through the Prae platform are processed by secure third-party payment processors. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Prices displayed on the platform are set by the restaurant and may include applicable taxes and service charges. Refund policies are determined by the participating restaurant.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of Prae, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the platform or its servers
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, features, and functionality of the Prae platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Prae LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Prae does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prae LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, regardless of the theory of liability.
